Habitat for Humanity, with support from Mowilex and other partners, has created a program to train and certify 600 craftsmen or “tukang” in the Tangerang area within 3 years. The program aims to improve economic opportunities and resilience, as well as enhance the quality of life for low-income families in communities supported in Banten Province by enhancing the construction workforce’s skills through SKK (Competency Certificate Training) and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety Training).
Mowilex’s support is focused on facilitating paint competency classes that will train 120 craftsmen over 3 years. These classes train craftsmen in paint materials, surface preparation, painting techniques, and safety (K3) in painting.
